Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide. However, for international orders, please contact us directly via Instagram DM at @by_suhayla to place your order.
Shipping Carrier
All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Fees
- £4.99 for parcels weighing up to 2kg.
- £5.99 for parcels heavier than 2kg.
- We offer free shipping on orders over £55 within the UK.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Lost or Delayed Orders
We use Royal Mail tracked shipping to minimize the risk of lost or delayed parcels. However, once the parcel leaves our store, we are no longer responsible for it.
- In the event of a lost parcel, please use the tracking number provided to contact Royal Mail and resolve the issue directly with the courier.
- For delayed parcels, customers must contact Royal Mail and work with them to find a solution.
International Shipping Fees and Customs
