Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- The item must be unused and unworn.

Exchanges and Store Credit
We offer exchanges for size or store credit for eligible returns. If the size you ordered does not fit, please contact us within the return window to exchange it. Store credit will be issued for returns that meet our policy requirements.
Return Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report the issue within 3 days of receiving the item. Once reported, we will offer you a refund or replacement depending on the availability of stock.
7. Proof of Purchase
A proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 working days for processing your refund or exchange.
